The District is seeking a qualified architectural and/or engineering firm to provide full‑service design for an 8‑classroom Pre‑K addition at the Riverside On‑Track Center in Sunland Park, NM. The scope covers programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bid assistance, and construction administration, with mandatory ENERGY STAR (≥75) compliance and integration of the PSFA HVAC & Controls Performance Assurance Program. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price design services agreement lasting up to four years, supporting a construction budget of $5.7 M. Evaluation emphasizes technical competence, past performance, local proximity, and New Mexico‑produced work, with optional preference points for resident or veteran‑owned businesses.
