Description
The Interior Business Center, Acquisition Services Directorate is seeking appraisal services for various properties. The successful contractor will be required to provide retrospective date-of-death valuations and may need to engage a qualified third-party specialist to assist with the analysis of mineral, timber, aggregate, or other subsurface interests. The contractor will be provided with Title Status Reports that identify ownership interests in both surface and subsurface.
