Elizabeth City State University seeks a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive, Milestone-based Video Management System (VMS) solution to support a campus-wide camera system. The selected solution must be secure, scalable, and reliable, and align with the university's technical, functional, and compliance requirements. The scope of work includes the design, installation, and configuration of the VMS system, as well as training and ongoing support.
