Description
The Town of Reading is seeking proposals for Construction Plan and Code Peer Review Services for the Killam Elementary School (KES) Project. The successful proposal will be based on the lump sum and hourly rates quoted for review services. Proposers must submit their proposals on the forms included in the RFP, and supplemental materials may be submitted to allow the owner to make an informed decision as to the qualifications of the proposer. The contract will be awarded under the provisions of MGL c30B.
• The RFP is available to download from https://www.readingma.gov/Bids.aspx on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, after 10:00 A.M.
• Proposers must register to be on the bidder's list and receive notifications.
• The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or to award or not to award the contract for any reason the Town Manager determines to be in the Town's and/or the public's best interest.
