Description
The City of Columbus is seeking a qualified contractor to provide landscape maintenance services for its 910 Dublin Road property under an Indefinite Quantity Agreement. The work includes annual spring and fall clean‑ups, bi‑weekly weed removal and general bed maintenance, edging, pruning of shrubs and small trees, and replacement of dead plants, all performed without chemical herbicides or heavy equipment. The contractor must supply all labor, materials, equipment, insurance, and comply with safety and reporting requirements.
• Annual spring and fall clean‑up plus 16 bi‑weekly maintenance visits (total ~18 visits per year)
• Hand‑weed removal, mulching, edging, pruning (shrubs & trees < 15 ft), leaf removal, and replacement of dead plants (1‑year warranty)
• Must maintain documentation, submit monthly logs, and provide insurance (workers comp & general liability)
