Snow Removal Services

Clay County is seeking a vendor to provide snow removal services for various county locations. The vendor must provide snow removal services and products that meet or exceed the specifications contained in the document. The vendor will be working directly with the Facilities Management Department and must provide contact information for timely communication. The agreement period is for one year with four one-year renewals. The vendor must maintain adequate equipment, personnel, and supplies to perform the work in a timely manner. • The vendor must provide snow removal services for parking lots, driveways, and sidewalks. • The vendor must apply ice melt to sidewalks, ramps, steps, and landing areas to reduce the risk of slipping and falling. • The vendor must provide a pricing schedule for snow removal services, including per occurrence charges and hourly rates. • The vendor must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in providing similar services. • The vendor must provide references and information on personnel qualifications and experience.
