STTJ)-2026-020 (Drug and Alcohol Testing Services in the ST. Thomas/St. John District

The Virgin Islands Port Authority (VIPA) is seeking the services of one or multiple firms to provide scheduled and random drug and alcohol testing to potential new hires and employees of VIPA on the islands of St. Thomas and St. John. The services are needed to promote a safe and secure environment for employees and passengers operating and traversing at VIPA's ports, facilities, and vehicles. The selected Contractor shall also be responsible to furnish all necessary labor, supplies, and equipment required to provide the aforementioned on-call, as needed basis to include after hours and weekends. The services of the selected contractor(s) will be awarded for a term of three (3) years, with two, one year options for renewal. • The contractor will be required to provide drug and alcohol testing services for VIPA employees. • The contractor will be required to provide all necessary labor, supplies, and equipment to perform the services. • The contractor will be required to provide services on an on-call, as needed basis, including after hours and weekends. • The contract term will be for three years, with two one-year options for renewal. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to drug and alcohol testing.
