Description
The California Department of Transportation seeks a qualified Small Business/DVBE contractor to fully renovate two rest‑room facilities at the North Hollywood Maintenance Station. The scope includes demolition, installation of new luxury‑vinyl flooring, replacement of baseboards, PVC wall sheeting, shower enclosures, partitions, fixtures, lighting, painting, HVAC vent covers, window blinds, and final cleaning, with all labor, materials, permits, disposal, and incidentals provided by the contractor. The contract is limited to SB/DVBE firms with a valid Class A General Engineering license, located within 50 mi of the site, and must comply with prevailing‑wage, insurance, bonding, and waste‑recycling requirements.
