HVAC Equipment Removal and Installation for the Dept. of Property and Procurement, St. Croix, USVI

The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain competitive bids from qualified and licensed contractors to remove existing HVAC equipment and associated ductwork and install new split-system air conditioning units at the Department of Property and Procurement’s modular office. The scope of work includes removal and demolition, installation of new equipment, electrical work, and structural and finish work. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, permits, and incidentals necessary to complete the work as outlined in the scope of work. Key aspects of the project include: • Removal and disposal of existing HVAC units and ductwork • Installation of new split-system air conditioning units • Electrical work, including dedicated circuits and disconnect switches • Structural and finish work to restore areas affected by demolition or installation • Compliance with OSHA, EPA, NEC, and Virgin Islands building codes
