The County of Los Angeles Internal Services Department is seeking a vendor to renew its Brightcove video‑cloud subscription for the 2026‑2027 fiscal year. The contract covers a Brightcove Communications Studio Premium package (10 users, 10,000 credits, 500,000 bandwidth, gold support, etc.) plus an add‑on of 30 additional user licenses. The subscription runs from 09/08/2026 to 09/07/2027 and will be billed annually. Vendors must submit a complete electronic bid via the County’s Vendor Self Service portal, include all required Appendix A forms, and provide proof of authorization to sell Brightcove services. Preference is given to local small businesses and to products manufactured in Los Angeles County or California.
