Supply of Chemicals & Providing Professional Services for HVAC Water Treatment

The U.S. Embassy, New Delhi, invites quotations for the supply of chemicals and professional services for HVAC water treatment at Enclave plant buildings. The contractor shall provide all necessary managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel, as well as all transportation, equipment, tools, supplies, and materials required to perform inspection, maintenance, and component replacement as required to maintain the systems in accordance with the statement of work. The contractor shall have specialization and at least five years of experience in managing commercial water treatment of systems pertaining to the HVAC equipment. • The contractor shall supply chemicals in a quarterly basis. • The contractor's service shall include examination of the treatment system, adjustments, repairs, and maintenance of the installed dosing equipment. • The contractor shall apply water treatment chemicals to maintain the quality of water at the required parameters. • The contractor shall analyze water samples, regulate, and adjust the bleed off from the open system and submit test reports on a daily basis. • The contractor shall deploy skilled engineers for the application of chemicals to maintain the quality of the water as specified.
