J066--LABSCAPE EQUIPMENT MAINTENACE AGREEMENT

The Department of Veteran Affairs, San Diego VA Health Care System is seeking sources for a maintenance agreement for the Bruker BioSpec 3T machine, which is used for preclinical research. The contractor will provide preventive maintenance services to ensure the machine's functionality, reliability, and manufacturer compatibility. The machine is a critical asset for VA Merit-funded research studies, and any system downtime could interrupt research activities, compromise data, and delay research deliverables. • The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, and services to perform preventive maintenance for the Bruker BioSpec 3T machine. • The contractor shall perform to the standards specified in the contract. • The machine's hardware configuration is optimized for advanced preclinical applications. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and complete Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). • Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses or Veteran Owned Businesses must be registered with the SBA-Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS) Registry.
