Description
The City of Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety is seeking proposals for interactive voice response services to support its Automated Inspection Request System and Inspection Call Back System. The selected proposer will provide a system that allows customers to schedule inspections and receive updates on the status of their requests. The contract term is expected to be up to three years. Proposers must submit their responses via email, and the deadline for submission is October 30, 2025.
• The RFP includes requirements for subcontracting, insurance, and compliance with various ordinances, including the Equal Benefits Ordinance and the First Source Hiring Ordinance.
• Proposers must complete and submit various forms, including the RFP Checklist, General Information Form, and Proposer Cost Form.
• The City reserves the right to adjust the schedule and make changes to the RFP as necessary.
• The evaluation criteria for the proposals will include the quality of the work product or service performed, the timeliness of performance, financial issues, and the expertise of personnel assigned to the contract.
