Description
The Massachusetts College of Art and Design is seeking proposals for executive search and recruitment search firm services. The college is looking for firms that can provide full executive search services, including position definition and planning, candidate recruitment and sourcing, screening and assessment, due diligence and reference verification, and offer negotiation and onboarding support. The college is also open to supplemental services, such as position profile development, compensation benchmarking, and diversity and inclusion strategy. The selected firms will be pre-qualified to conduct executive level searches and provide other services as needed during the term of the contract.
• The college is looking for firms with at least five years of experience in conducting executive searches in higher education, nonprofit, or public sector environments.
• The firms should have a demonstrated commitment to diversity in recruitment practice and be able to identify and recruit diverse candidate pools.
• The firms should be able to provide a transparent description of their fee structure and be able to deliver high-quality and cost-effective services.
