A/E RFQ - Texas A&M Mays Business School Building 3 Project - College Station

The Texas A&M University System is soliciting statements of qualifications for the selection of an Architect/Engineer (A/E) firm for the Mays Business School Building 3 project. The project includes the construction of a new building with classrooms, instructional labs, student and community spaces, food service, and office and administrative spaces. The building will also feature advanced extended reality (XR) stages and state-of-the-art audio/video media. The exterior elements of the project include covered seating and gathering areas, outdoor dining spaces, bicycle parking, and pedestrian connection to the Mays Business Education Complex. • The Planning Amount for this project is $192,000,000. • The Amount Available for Construction Contract (AACC) is $130,252,944. • The project includes the abatement and demolition of Adriance Lab (0510) and the accompanying fenced Adriance Recycle Center. • The RFQ documents must be accessed and responded to within e-Builder.
