Statewide Used Motor Vehicles Qualified Vendor's List (For Additional Vendors)

The State of Missouri is seeking vendors to establish a Qualified Vendor's List (QVL) for the purchase of used motor vehicles for various state agencies. The QVL will support the purchase of used motor vehicles for the duration of the contract period. The State of Missouri intends to establish contracts with multiple vendors for use on an as-needed basis. The vendor must provide used vehicles off their lot or from their existing inventory, and the vehicles must meet the federal government's Corporate Average Fuel Economy (CAFE) standard. The vendor will be required to participate in the State of Missouri's Cooperative Procurement Program and provide services on an as-needed basis.
