The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) seeks a qualified vendor to design, implement, and support an online public‑engagement platform that will enable residents to provide input on regional transportation, land‑use, and comprehensive plans. The contractor will conduct kickoff and training sessions, import contact lists, build customized templates, supply up to eight platform licenses, provide ongoing technical support, and deliver data‑visualization tools for both external community interaction and internal staff reporting.
