ARMED & UNARMED EVENT STAFF SECURITY GUARD SERVICES

The County of Los Angeles Department of Beaches and Harbors is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor to provide armed and unarmed event staff security guard services. The selected contractor will be required to provide armed security guard services seven days a week and unarmed event staff security guards for crowd control at special events. The contract will be for a period of three years with two one-year renewal options. The contractor must have a minimum of seven years' experience providing armed and unmanned event staff security services and must be licensed as a Private Patrol Operator in good standing with the State of California. • The contractor will be required to provide armed security guard services at various locations, including Marina del Rey, Dockweiler, and White Point/Royal Palms Beach. • The contractor will be required to provide unarmed event staff security guards for crowd control at special events. • The contractor must have a minimum of seven years' experience providing armed and unmanned event staff security services. • The contractor must be licensed as a Private Patrol Operator in good standing with the State of California. • The contractor must provide a guard tour system to monitor and track security guards and provide real-time reporting. • The contractor must complete and return all required exhibits and forms with their proposal.
