The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source contract to Fresenius USA Marketing, Inc. for the procurement of four portable reverse osmosis water purification systems with AAMI Water Profile Kit. The systems will be used to support hemodialysis operations and ensure a safe water supply for patient care. The contract includes equipment installation, training, and a one-year manufacturer warranty. • The systems must meet specific requirements, including compatibility with Marcor cart platforms and Fresenius hemodialysis machines. • The contractor must provide on-site or training-center technical training for Medical Center clinical staff. • The contract includes a one-year manufacturer warranty and service and maintenance contracts. • The procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) (1)(ii), Soliciting from a Single Source. • Interested parties may submit expressions of interest, including pricing data and technical data, to determine if a comparable source is available.
