Public Speaking Training Services

The Teacher Retirement System of Texas is seeking a vendor to provide on-site and/or web-based not-for-credit instructor-led Public Speaking Training Services. The selected vendor will be required to provide services in accordance with the scope of work, which includes strengthening the individual's public speaking impact, understanding core strengths, clarifying specific root issues, identifying areas of opportunities, creating a public speaking skill development plan, and increasing the individual's effectiveness and focus on Public Speaking Services. The contract term will be three years from the effective date of the contract, with one optional one-year renewal. • The vendor must have four years of experience in performing services related to public speaking training. • The vendor must have three contracts completed or in progress where work performed is similar to that described in the scope of work. • The vendor must propose fully loaded, firm, fixed prices or hourly rates that are inclusive of all costs of performance. • The vendor must submit a proposal through the Procurement and Vendor E-System (PAVES). • The vendor must provide a Veteran Heroes United in Business (VetHUB) Subcontracting Plan with their proposal.
