Description
The U.S. Air Force’s Civilian Associate Degree Program (CADP) is seeking a qualified publisher to edit, typeset, and format two textbook titles for the FY26 academic year. The contract is a small‑business set‑aside, firm‑fixed‑price RFQ with delivery of the final printed/ electronic books required by 15 March 2027. The award will be made to a vendor that can meet all performance work statement (PWS) requirements, provide a written technical compliance statement, and submit unit pricing for the two CLINs. The solicitation includes mandatory Small Business, HUBZone, and SDVOSB considerations, and all invoicing will be processed through the DoD Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system.
