Description
The U.S. Navy is seeking a contractor to perform a Voyage Repair Availability (VRA) for the USNS PUERTO RICO in Thailand. The VRA is tentatively scheduled from 10 August 2026 until 06 September 2026. The contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) and be authorized to do business in the country of performance. The contractor must also possess a current and active USN Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) issued by NAVSUP FLCY. The scope of work includes various repairs and maintenance tasks, such as habitability repairs, electrical safety procedures, and gas free certificates.
• The contractor must provide evidence of current MSRA/ABR holder.
• The contractor must have the facilities, management, organization, and production capabilities to perform an entire complex repair and alteration package.
• The contractor must be able to conduct all aspects of shipboard work or boat/craft repair.
• The contractor must be able to schedule and control boat/craft repairs.
