The State of West Virginia is establishing an open‑end master contract for the production and delivery of “School Laws of West Virginia” color books (including optional e‑book combos) for the 2027‑2030 editions. Vendors must supply printed color books in four quantity tiers (1‑100, 101‑350, 351‑500, 501+ units) for each year, with all statutory content, legislative history, case annotations, board policy notes, and a foreword by the State Superintendent. The contract is indefinite‑duration but is structured around annual editions; the vendor must provide up to two rounds of proof revisions, inclusive shipping, tracking, and handling, and must meet a delivery deadline of September 15 2027 for the first edition.
