Sources Sought Notice and Request for Information (RFI) for Pacific East Maintenance Services

The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is conducting market research to identify qualified, experienced, and capable sources for providing integrated facility maintenance services for Pacific East District facilities throughout Japan. The services may include facility inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, and sustainment of building systems and infrastructure, as well as HVACR inspections, maintenance, and repairs. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supplies, and other resources necessary to perform services in accordance with applicable Department of Defense, DoDEA, installation, host nation, and industry standards. Some key points to consider: • The total facility inventory is approximately 967,608 gross square feet. • The facilities include schools, administrative buildings, transportation, and warehousing facilities. • The contractor must provide all necessary resources to perform the services. • The contract will be for a period of time to be determined, with options for renewal. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
