26-031 Terminal Apron Expansion for Pensacola International Airport

The City of Pensacola is seeking qualified contractors to perform a Terminal Apron Expansion at Pensacola International Airport. The work involves reconstructing and expanding portions of the south and west runway‑on‑nap (RON) aprons, installing new taxiway edge lighting and signage, regrading in‑field areas, and modifying storm‑drainage structures. The project must be executed in accordance with the FAA’s Construction Phasing and Safety Plan (CSPP) and applicable FAA AC standards. This contract is a traditional bid‑based procurement and will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. • Reconstruct portion of the west RON and south RON apron. • Expand the west RON apron to accommodate future terminal facilities. • Install new taxiway edge lights and lighted taxiway signage throughout the project area. • Perform regrading, clearing, and storm‑water drainage adjustments as needed. • Follow FAA AC 150/5370‑2G and the approved Construction Phasing and Safety Plan (CSPP).
