Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to provide virtual town hall services, including live event management, voicemail transcription, and video streaming, for six events. The vendor will be responsible for providing application software, participant management, integrated communication tools, and analytical tools. The contract period is from November 3, 2025, to September 30, 2026. The vendor will be required to deliver consistent reporting for each event, including participation metrics, engagement metrics, and technical performance.
