RFP #26-019 Risk Broker Advisor

The City of League City is seeking a Risk Broker Advisor to provide professional advice and guidance on risk management practices across all City operations. The selected firm will act as Broker of Record for the City's windstorm, hail, storm surge, and possibly flood insurance program, and will provide ongoing risk management consultation. The City is looking for a partner with deep experience in Texas coastal risk, municipal insurance placement, and proactive risk advisory services. The scope of work includes evaluating the City's current insurance coverage, providing recommendations to optimize terms and conditions, and presenting coverage options and renewal strategies for City Council approval. • The City has a total insurable value of over $249,000,000. • The City is seeking a two-year agreement with the option for two one-year renewals. • The selected firm will be required to provide an annual risk assessment report and support the Senior Risk Analyst in reviewing and updating the City's overall risk management strategy. • The City reserves the right to make a single award or multiple awards, whichever is in the best interest of the City.
