Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking information from vendors capable of providing the Walsh QA Inspection Platform, a quality assurance and environmental inspection system. The system must support four critical Environmental Management Service (EMS) programs, including customizable checklists, accounts, web portal follow-ups, dashboards, and reports. The contractor must provide annual software licensing and reporting services, as well as on-site training for EMS personnel. The period of performance will be from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with an option to extend for an additional 12 months.
Key requirements include:
• Compliance with Section 508 standards for accessibility
• Compatibility with assistive technology
• Support for IPv6-Only and dual stack (IPv6 / IPv4) connectivity
• Provision of all software licenses and associated licensing maintenance
• Compliance with VA Critical Security Controls and Trusted Internet Connection (TIC) requirements
