CAL FIRE is seeking a qualified contractor to replace four fire hydrants and perform associated civil‑utility work at the Fenner Conservation Camp in Valyermo, CA. The contractor must supply all materials, labor, equipment, permits, and disposal services, and must hold a C‑16 Fire Protection Contractor or C‑36 Plumbing Contractor license. The scope includes trenching, thrust‑block installation, concrete pads, bollards, asphalt restoration, and compliance with state fire‑code, OSHA, prevailing‑wage, and waste‑recycling requirements.
