Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a vendor to provide Halal menu items for the FCC Coleman facility. The solicitation is a Small Business Set-Aside, and only qualified sellers may submit bids. The vendor must deliver the items to the facility between April 1, 2026, and June 30, 2026, following one of the four delivery schedules provided. The items must meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation, and any deliveries that do not meet the specifications will be rejected.
* The vendor must deliver the items to the facility in a palletized and wrapped manner.
* All non-frozen, perishable foods must be delivered between 34 degrees F to 40 degrees F.
* All frozen foods must be delivered at 0 degrees F or below.
* The vendor must adhere to the delivery schedules and any changes to the quantities will be made no less than one week prior to delivery.
