One (1) Cobas Liat Assays Analyzer, Associated PCR Kits, and Comprehensive Maintenance

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity Healthcare Contracting Division, Southeast (DHACA-HCD-SE) intends to award a firm-fixed-price, sole-source contract to Roche Diagnostics for the provision of one (1) Cobas Liat Assays Analyzer, associated PCR kits, and comprehensive maintenance support. The contract will include equipment, equipment service/support, test assays, and equipment support products. The molecular real-time polymerase chain reaction service will be provided to the clinical laboratory, including equipment, test kits, and maintenance support. The contractor will be required to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, and services necessary to deliver a complete molecular real-time polymerase chain reaction service. • The contract will be for a base period of 1 year, with options for up to 4 additional years. • The contractor must provide full contract support and full maintenance support, including qualified, certified technicians, test equipment, tools, and materials. • The contractor will be required to provide a molecular real-time polymerase chain reaction service, including equipment, equipment service/support, test assays, and equipment support products. • The service will include testing for Influenza A/B, RSV, SARS-CoV-2, and Streptococcus A assays. • The contractor will be required to provide all necessary reagents, controls, maintenance, service, and on-site training for personnel.
