The State of Vermont is seeking a vendor to supply Datacard ID badge printers (models SD260, SD360, SD460), associated consumables, accessories, and on‑site service/rapid‑replacement contracts. The contract will be a two‑year firm‑price agreement with up to three one‑year renewal options, requiring quarterly sales reporting and compliance with state sustainability, “Buy‑Vermont” preferences, and cybersecurity standards.
• Provide new and replacement Datacard printers, ribbons, laminates, badge accessories, and related hardware.
• Deliver on‑site service and rapid‑replacement contracts for the printers, including hourly labor rates and travel charges.
• Supply consumables (cards, reels, lanyards, cases) and meet quarterly reporting, warranty, and “Buy‑Vermont” preference requirements.
