Description
The City of Valdosta is seeking bids for electrical services for all City-owned properties. The contract will be for one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. The successful contractor will be required to provide all labor and materials for electrical repair services on an as-needed basis. The City expects to pay approximately $28,000 per year for these services.
• The contract will include electrical repair services for various City-owned properties, including City Hall, fire stations, and water treatment plants.
• The contractor will be required to provide a list of prices for parts and labor, as well as a response time for emergency calls.
• The City reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time with 30 days' written notice.
• The contractor will be required to have workers' compensation, commercial general liability, and automotive liability insurance.
