FTBS- Eaton and Clinton Counties

The State of Michigan Department of Health and Human Services is seeking proposals for Families Together Building Solutions Services in Eaton and Clinton Counties. The selected contractor will provide services to support families and individuals in need. The contract will be for a period of three years, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year periods. The contractor will be responsible for providing a range of services, including case management, counseling, and support services. The contractor will also be required to collaborate with local community organizations and resources to provide comprehensive services to clients.
