Implement and sustain a comprehensive response to HIV and technical assistance to strengthen the capacity of regional authorities in the United Republic of Tanzania under PEPFAR

The Centers for Disease Control-GHC is seeking applications to implement and sustain a comprehensive response to HIV and provide technical assistance to strengthen the capacity of regional authorities in the United Republic of Tanzania under PEPFAR. The goals of this initiative include improving the quality of life for people living with HIV, reaching and maintaining the UNAIDS 95-95-95 targets for all subpopulations, and strengthening health systems. The selected applicants will be expected to develop, adapt, and implement monitoring and evaluation tools, improve service delivery models, and provide transformative partnerships to support the management and funding of health facilities.
