Supply/Delivery of Unleaded Gas, Renewable Diesel, Neste-MY Renewable Diesel, and Fuel Card Usage

The City of Hayward is seeking a qualified contractor to provide fueling services, including the supply and delivery of unleaded gasoline, renewable diesel, and Neste-MY renewable diesel, as well as fuel card usage and online management platform services. The contract will be for a period of five years, with an estimated annual expenditure of $1,000,000. The successful bidder will be required to meet specific technical specifications, including the use of drop-in replacement fuels and compliance with California Air Resources Board (CARB) and American Society of Testing Materials (ASTM) standards. The contractor will also be required to provide a list and map of accessible fueling locations within the City of Hayward and confirm the turnaround time for orders placed for new/replacement cards. • The City is seeking a contractor that can provide high-quality fueling services and meet the technical specifications outlined in the RFQ. • The contractor will be required to provide a detailed plan for providing the services, including normal hours of availability, quality assurance programs, and guaranteed response times. • The City reserves the right to cancel or revise the RFQ at any time and to reject any or all proposals. • The successful bidder will be required to sign a Professional Services Agreement and provide proof of insurance for commercial general liability, automobile liability, workers' compensation, and professional liability.
