ANNUAL CONTRACT FOR HDPE PIPE

The City of Port Arthur is seeking bids for an annual contract to supply HDPE pipe. The contract will be for one year with the option to renew for an additional year. The scope of work includes providing 6", 8", 10", and 12" DR17 IPS HDPE poly pipe, as well as FC clamps. Bidders must submit their bids by August 5, 2026, at 3:00 PM.
