District Wide Playground Improvements

The L’Anse Creuse Public Schools are seeking bids for district-wide playground improvements. The project involves the removal and replacement of select playground equipment and synthetic turf surfacing, site furnishings, exterior athletic equipment, and associated site work at all 9 elementary schools. The bid documents will be available on December 17, 2025, and bids must be submitted electronically via the Building Connected online platform. The bid deadline is January 7, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. • The project requires a certified check or acceptable bid bond payable to L’Anse Creuse Public Schools, in an amount equal to 5% of the total bid. • The successful bidder must be able to provide a 100% Labor and Material Payment Bond and a Performance Bond for bids exceeding $50,000. • The project is a prevailing wage project, and the bid price shall include all costs associated with the project. • The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any formalities in regard thereto.
