HVAC Preventative Maintenance for the District Office and Jax Urban Office

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is seeking to enter into a single source purchase with Johnson Controls, Inc. for HVAC preventative maintenance services for the District Office and Jax Urban Office. The services include preventative maintenance of the Department's HVAC equipment connected to the Metasys Automation System, including chillers, air handlers, cooling towers, split (DX) systems, and all controlling equipment. The contract is expected to last until June 30, 2026. Key responsibilities include: • Preventative maintenance of HVAC equipment • Upgrades to the Metasys system software • 24-hour access to ordering and procurement of materials • Routine and comprehensive tasks specific to the Metasys product line The FDOT is seeking a vendor with experience in HVAC maintenance and Metasys product knowledge. Johnson Controls, Inc. has been maintaining the system since 1996 and has the necessary expertise and inventory to provide the required services.
