Water Reclamation Facility 2026 Phase I Package Plant

The City of Arcade is seeking sealed bids for the construction of the Water Reclamation Facility – 2026 Phase I Package Plant. The project includes furnishing all materials and equipment and performing all labor necessary for the construction of the package plant, including new process structures, mechanical bar screens, package plant system, disc filters, UV disinfection, sludge dewatering, plant return pump station, effluent pump station, control building, electrical and control systems, well house, and all related appurtenances. • The bid documents may be examined at the City of Arcade and PeoplesQuigley | DCCM. • A non-refundable fee of $200.00 per set is required for bid documents. • A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on October 30, 2025. • All questions regarding the project must be submitted in writing via email to Nick Zimmer by November 7, 2025. • Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a certified cashier's check, and the successful bidder must provide both a Performance Bond and Payment Bond.
