The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC) intends to negotiate with Psychological Assessment Resources (PAR), Inc. on a sole source basis to provide two psychological tests used by VA clinical practitioners. The tests are the Personality Assessment Inventory (PAI) and the NEO Personality Inventory -3 (NEO PI-3). The purpose of this contract is to obtain the necessary intellectual property to program the tests and updates into the VA's Electronic Medical Record System psychological testing package. The contract will last for 5 years. Key aspects of the job include: * Providing two psychological tests used by VA clinical practitioners * Integrating the tests into the VA's Electronic Medical Record System psychological testing package * Obtaining the necessary intellectual property to program the tests and updates into the VA's database * Administering, scoring, and interpreting the tests on the Veterans Integrated System Technology Architect (VistA) System
