Description
Mastery Charter Schools is seeking a qualified general contractor to provide on‑call, episodic, and project‑based maintenance and repair services across six K‑12 campuses in Camden, NJ for the 2026‑2027 school year. The contractor must supply licensed tradespeople for a variety of specialty categories—including door/lock hardware, specialty cleaning, flooring repairs, masonry, carpentry, glazing, and signage—through work orders issued throughout the contract period. Pricing must be submitted as network‑wide unit rates, NTE tiers, or bundled packages, with no hidden or stacked fees. The contract runs July 1 2026 through June 30 2027 with a possible two‑year extension, and award is expected June 1 2026.
• Provide licensed, insured trades for door, lock, hardware, and access‑control repairs.
• Perform incident‑based cleaning, flooring spot‑repairs, masonry patching, minor carpentry, glazing, and signage updates.
• Submit detailed pricing tables (unit rates, NTE tiers, labor assumptions) covering all six schools; adhere to code, ADA, and OSHA standards.
• Respond to emergency work orders, submit incident reports within 24 hours, and coordinate with Mastery Facilities to minimize school disruption.
