Description
The State of West Virginia is seeking a partner to provide management of the State's vertical real estate assets. The partner will be responsible for managing the State's portfolio of towers, buildings, and other vertical real estate assets, including permitting, engineering, and construction management. The partner will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The State is looking for a partner with experience in vertical real estate asset development and management, and the ability to provide a comprehensive approach to managing the State's portfolio.
