PRIMARY BAD DEBT COLLECTIONS SERVICES WMC

Westchester Medical Center is seeking a vendor to provide primary bad debt collections services for a period of 240 days after the date of initial assignment. The selected vendor will be awarded one half of the alphabet in guarantor last names and will work with WMC's patient accounting system, Invision and Cerner. The vendor must have experience working with Invision and Cerner, and must be able to provide a daily note file to be uploaded within Invision and Cerner. The vendor will be responsible for pursuing collections on WMC's patient bad debt accounts and must comply with all applicable federal regulations. The contract term is 4 years, and the total MWBE participation goal is 30%.
