Lead Service Line Replacement - Phase 1

The City of Syracuse Department of Water is seeking bids for the Lead Service Line Replacement - Phase 1 project. The project involves replacing existing privately owned portions of lead water services with new copper water services. There are three contracts, each with a different number of replacements: Contract No. 1 (1320 replacements), Contract No. 2 (262 replacements), and Contract No. 3 (126 replacements).
