Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide Electronic Drawing Development and Management System services. The contractor will be responsible for providing a system that can manage and update as-built drawings, as well as provide other related services such as hosting a database and providing login access. The system should also be able to track and manage various types of data, including space management, utilities, and scheduling. The contract will be for one base year with four option years. The contractor will need to provide quotes for the services, and the government will evaluate the quotes based on factors such as price, technical capability, and past performance.

• As-built drawing update service
• Capital Asset Inventory (CAI) database and reporting system
• Hosting and login access for the system
• Space management and utilities tracking
• Scheduling and tracking module
• Fire and life safety software module implementation
• Employee software module implementation
