Description
The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, San Diego (FLCSD) is conducting a market survey to identify interested and capable businesses to provide Regional Operational Center (ROC) Watchstander services. The contractor will be tasked to accomplish the work as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), which includes providing operational ROC Watchstander support to the CNIC Southwest Region ROC at Naval Base Point Loma.
The key areas of work include:
• Providing operational ROC Watchstander support
• Managing the entire contract, including all task orders
• Complying with the applicable clause at FAR 52.219-14 – Limitations on Subcontracting
• Having the infrastructure and resources in place to manage the contract
• Providing information detailing how the prime will not pay more than 50 percent of the amount paid by the Government for contract performance to subcontractors that are not similarly situated entities (SSEs)
