Description
The Texas Real Estate Commission and Texas Appraiser Licensing & Certification Board are seeking a qualified vendor to provide license examination development and administration services. The services will include development and administration of exams for Real Estate Brokers, Real Estate Sales Agents, Real Estate Inspectors, Professional Inspectors, Certified General Appraisers, Certified Residential Appraisers, and Licensed Residential Appraisers. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining a user-friendly website, generating reports, and integrating services with the Agency's current licensing system.
• The contract term will be for 24 months with the option to renew for up to two 2-year renewal terms.
• The contractor must have test scheduling services fully operational by July 15, 2026, with examinations beginning on September 1, 2026.
• The Agency reserves the right to award none, one, or multiple contracts.
• Respondents must submit their proposals electronically by the deadline.
• The Agency will conduct a fair, comprehensive, and impartial evaluation of all submissions.
