Description
The East Jordan Public Schools is seeking proposals for the 2026 Elementary Roofing Project. The project involves roofing work for the Elementary School building, and specifications are to be considered as minimums. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and project walk-through will be held on April 1st, 2026. Proposals must be received by 1:00 pm on April 15th, 2026. The contract will be a direct contract with the Owner and executed on AIA Document A201 (1997 edition). The successful bidder shall make good any defects in material or workmanship that may develop during the warranty period.
