Boiler Replacements for Municipal Court

The City of Colorado Springs is seeking a contractor to replace one atmospheric boiler with two sealed combustion boilers and re-pipe heating hot water piping mains and gas as shown. The contractor will also provide piping connections for a future third boiler of the same model, replace secondary pumps and air separator, and perform other related tasks. The project includes several add alternates, such as providing a third boiler, removing remaining heating hot water system victaulic fittings, and removing atmospheric boiler B-2 and appurtenances. • Replace one atmospheric boiler with two sealed combustion boilers • Re-pipe heating hot water piping mains and gas as shown • Provide piping connections for a future third boiler of the same model • Replace secondary pumps and air separator • Perform other related tasks as specified in the contract documents
